To accompany the growth in the division’s activities and to assist with the internal promotion of its staff, FAIVELEY TRANSPORT is seeking to strengthen its teams.

DEFINITION OF THE POSITION

TITLE : SITE QUALITY MANAGER
REPORTING TO ENTITY CHIEF EXECUTIVE
SALARY : k€43 to 50
LOCATION : Marcq-en-Baroeul (59)
CONTRACT : PERMANENT


DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION, ITS CONTEXT & ITS MAIN TASKS

The site quality manager has full responsibility for the company's quality policy (its objectives and commitments). He ensures that all of the company’s sectors are aware of the quality imperatives and supervises a team of 2/3 people in direct relation with the managers of the connected departments (Production, Projects, Finance, HR, Commercial) responsible for their department's quality reference base.
Therefore, their main responsibilities will be to:

•Manage two people. One assistant dedicated to monitoring quality assurance procedures and a technician who involved in customer quality monitoring.
•Pilot procedures to harmonise quality processes with the Leipzig site.
•Manage the renewal of ISO and IRIS 9001 certification (September 2010)
•Intervene in an organisational structure approach and support all departments in managing their quality processes.
Quality assurance
•Pilot the quality assurance technician
•Ensure the award of national and international certification required to reference the company with its customers (ISO 9001, IRIS, etc.)
•Take charge of the management and monitoring of the internal and sometimes external audit timetable (process)
Customer quality
•Represents the company during process qualification by customers
•Supervises the customer quality technician dedicated to daily non-conformity management, customer relations, corrective actions plans and the monitoring of anomaly and incident sheets
•Manage major disputes following quality complaints and check the action plans established
•Intervene in the commercial processes when the quality objectives must be brought to the fore
•Intervene with customers during commercial processes and meetings concerning all non-quality problems for products and services
Project quality
•Develop their involvement in component qualification
•Provide a new approach and overall process vision during product definition
•Ensure reliable application of quality processes during development
•Make suggests to improve product quality while respecting cost price maintenance or reduction imperatives
•Represent quality within the project group

Profile : PROFILE
With a superior technical background ideally completed with a quality specialisation, the candidate will have confirmed experience in a similar position, acquired in an industry with production processes similar to those of NSF. The candidate will have a particular interest in complex systems and will have been required to manage the introduction of a quality process. The candidate likes contact with others, is demanding of himself and others, is able to instruct others, remain humble and be appreciated by others.

SKILLS REQUIRED
